Accounts Origin

• SkillForge provides accounts through extensive internet searches. We do not possess information regarding the origins of these accounts, nor do we engage in the process of their creation. Our role is strictly that of a intermediary, facilitating access to these accounts without bearing responsibility for their initial procurement or creation.

1. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer replacements or store credit in the event of defective or unsatisfactory products.

2. Chargeback Policy

• Initial Warning: In the event of a PayPal chargeback initiated by the buyer, we will issue a warning outlining the potential consequences. These consequences include the public sharing of the account in question, blacklisting from our platform, and a permanent ban.
• Consequences Post-Warning: If the chargeback proceeds despite our warning, the outlined actions (public sharing, blacklisting, and banning) will be taken irrespective of the chargeback's outcome.

3. Warranty Policy

• Minimum Warranty: All products come with a minimum warranty period of 12 hours from the time of purchase.
• Extended Warranty: Gold and Platinum customers are eligible for extended warranty periods, the details of which are specified in the customer’s membership terms.
• Infinite Replacements: Within the warranty period, customers are entitled to an unlimited number of replacements for any defective products.

4. Purchase Modification

• 15-Minute Window: Should there be an error in the purchase (e.g., wrong region), buyers have a 15-minute window post-purchase to request a different account of equivalent value.

5. Enforcement

• We reserve the right to enforce these Terms of Service in our sole discretion. This may include taking any and all actions deemed necessary to maintain the integrity of our service and the satisfaction of our customers, consistent with legal and fair business practices.
